I always love an acoustic version, and i agree with ‘adelemcalear’… Kev’s keyboarding sounds great! Come to thing of it… is keyboarding a word?

As you said, it’s really simple, and yet, it’s sounds beautiful.

Just wondering David, do you have an idea of when the album will be done (and out)? Like… late 2007 or somewhere in 2008 ?

It’s so different while still capturing the same essence of the original - love it!!! I think the end result will be beautiful. Am very excited to hear the new takes on some other familiar songs

Well, I was up early this morning too, and was listening to “Brilliant” so that’s spooky. The core of this song was always melancholic (for me, anyway) so it’s lovely to hear such an emotive keyboard arrangement in the early stages. It will be exquisite. Thank you.

I’ve always loved the feel of anything acoustic and with the way David’s music moves me I honestly can’t wait for the CD. Should I put that on my Christmas or Mother’s Day list? Thanks for the snippets(tease) as your work unfolds.

I have to agree - it’s haunting and beautiful … I look forward to hearing more! It is like a snapshot, hearing these clips as you post them… like I am looking in a window that turns out to look out over an entirely new world. When you look back on this whole process, it will be interesting to know if you see something else - something you were looking for that you did not know you were searching for at the very least the music tell its own story !
