Wow, that’s great…for everyone!
Quick question if you see this David…we’ve been wondering what time you’ll be on at the Niagara Wine Festival…their website says “5:00-10:30″. Any possibility of you narrowing that down for us? Thx!

From shannon — September 13, 2007 @ 1:15 pm

Hurrah!! New dates are so exciting! Now to go book some vacation days!!!

From DiamondWillow — September 13, 2007 @ 1:18 pm

YES that wine festival is very vague… I am interested in the Waterloo show too…. but LONDON, On ;) on a Fri or Sat would be IDEAL! (ok… I can’t help myself…. I gotta mention it …all the time apparently! ) :D

From Stephanie — September 13, 2007 @ 2:22 pm

Oh nuts…. the shows i want to attend are on dates that we have Haunted Hamilton events booked. At least we’ll be at the Phoenix show :(

From Graeme — September 13, 2007 @ 2:47 pm

Again, this shows you how sad/pathetic I really am: I’d probably cancel a funeral to attend one of his shows. Especially my own!

:-)

From robyn — September 13, 2007 @ 3:23 pm

I’m in agreement with Graeme on that one.
Glad the Grape and Wine festival show now officially exists… I’ve sent them an email asking to iron out the time. They say it will be replied by the next business day…

From shannon — September 13, 2007 @ 3:26 pm

LOL! You guys are funny! Better yet, take the money and have David and the band play the funeral. What a way to go!!! :P

From Claudia — September 13, 2007 @ 3:33 pm

Woo-hoo!

but we need more quebec dates!! xoxoxox

From DiamondWillow — September 13, 2007 @ 3:38 pm

well… the rest of us would thoroughly enjoy the funeral!! :D Oh Robyn - please please let me know if you get a definite hour… I would LOVE to go!!

From Kristine — September 13, 2007 @ 3:39 pm

Me too - - thanks Robyn!

From Graeme — September 13, 2007 @ 3:43 pm

Sure, they can play the funeral…as long as he sings MY WAY OUT as my coffin comes down the aisle.

Oh dear. How morbid.

lol.

From Kristine — September 13, 2007 @ 3:44 pm

Haha Graeme…good one!

From DiamondWillow — September 13, 2007 @ 3:49 pm

LOL @ Graeme… oh that is funny!!!

From andylou — September 13, 2007 @ 4:41 pm

I am all over that Waterloo show. Are tickets on sale yet? It’s not too far away…hurray!!!

From DiamondWillow — September 13, 2007 @ 5:15 pm

here is the link for the waterloo show Andrea http://www.celebrate-waterloo.ca/home.htm

From shannon — September 13, 2007 @ 6:00 pm

Thanks for the Waterloo info! The tickets are confusing though - general admission, floor, VIP??? What to do?!?!?

From wendo — September 13, 2007 @ 6:31 pm

That’s great that you’ll be doing a show in Regina. I was getting a bit nervous that you wouldn’t be stopping in SK. I saw the show at the Pump a few years ago and it was great but very, very smoking. Our bars are now smoke free which is a good thing!
Looking forward to the 12th!

From emilyanfield/viciouswithoutlove — September 13, 2007 @ 7:19 pm

more b.c dates should be added…like a victoria date… :) haha

and graeme, as wierd as it sounds i always have talks about what song i’d want played at my funeral and i haven’t narrowed it down yet but it’s definatley going to be a david usher song. Hopefully the final decision won’t have to be made any time soon.

From mirtle11 — September 13, 2007 @ 7:24 pm

To second what wendo said, extremely happy with a Saskatchewan show added. Thanks David - count a carload in from Saskatoon! Any chance of a contest for rehearsal tickets here??

From Graeme — September 13, 2007 @ 7:35 pm

More B.C. dates! Why didn’t I think of requesting that? Good work, Emily!

We can all car pool and drive around B.C. blaring funeral songs out the window and hoping to get into gigs all over the province. As long as it’s a FAST CAR. (Sorry, I’m on a roll today, and giddy with excitement because there are only 22 more sleeps.)

;-)

From brebichex — September 13, 2007 @ 7:49 pm

Is it on place?
So, answer me please :D
Becky xxx ♥

From Jamie — September 13, 2007 @ 8:30 pm

I need closer shows! Could you maybe come back to NY for a night or two?

From Sabrina aka Angelinfire — September 13, 2007 @ 9:30 pm

yeah, more Montreal shows !! please!! october 20th, only ?? really ? Nooooo im sure you’ll add some more,,!

From emilyanfield/viciouswithoutlove — September 13, 2007 @ 10:59 pm

vancouver was lucky enough for two shows last year because the first one sold out
if i promise to buy out the rest of the vancouver tickets
will you add another show..haha

From Dark_Angel — September 14, 2007 @ 12:50 am

I guess i’ll follow suit and beg! lol! Please consider coming to Hamilton this year if you have time. There are lots of fans here and in the surrounding area that would attend. :)

From Dustin.Sparks — September 14, 2007 @ 2:40 am

I’m stoked for the Vancouver show at the Commadore Ballroom! See you there David! It will be my first time seeing you live even though I’ve listened to you for years

From telo santos — September 14, 2007 @ 6:21 pm

can’t wait to see you david and the band…
i hope you play some acoustic songs on the phoenix show…

that sounds like a good idea…
and end it always with st. lawrence river…

i’m listening to f-train right now…the one you recorded at orange lounge via sympatico

telo

From Kristine — September 14, 2007 @ 6:46 pm

dustin.sparks, you will be blown away! :)
Seriously, seeing David live is out of this world. The energy he puts into his shows is just incredible and he always sounds amazing.

From P — September 14, 2007 @ 10:33 pm

When can we buy tickets here in the peg?! lol i’m such a geek, i’m constantly checking!!

From robyn — September 16, 2007 @ 12:04 pm

there’s a thread on the forums about the grape and wine fest… the people apparently never come into work because i haven’t got ahole of anyone since I began calling on Friday afternoon. I’ll keep trying… and I shall definitely post if there’s a confirmation of the hour (or if I get any response at all)

From koolkathy — September 17, 2007 @ 7:17 pm

David youre the best, thanks for coming to st. catharines for grape and wine, youre the best youve just given me the answer to a prayer

From meagan — September 18, 2007 @ 6:25 pm

Fantastic to see you’re in Alberta! It would be great to see a show while you were here, unfortunatley, that “Must be 18 to enter” bit kind of puts a kink in things.
Oh well, I guess I will have to settle for listening to the recorded versions instead for a few more months :(
