Have a great first leg of the tour!! I so wish I could be there but that damn job is always getting in the way! With all the new songs to remember, it’s kind of like a test in school… dont forget to write your cheat notes on your arm!

i’m sure the first shows will be fantastic - they always are! it must be so refreshing to be able to get that feeling of newness and excitement back time and time again (going back on tour). that’s a pretty rare thing to be able to enjoy doing the same thing that much extent over such a long period of time…i can understand why though. going on tour seems like it’d be tons of fun! good luck with everything and see you soon!

Glad you’re as excited as we are about the tour!!! Let’s just hope the thrill doesn’t fade quite as fast as the first day of school excitement used to! At least when you’ve been on the road for a while and are sick of the inside of the bus, you’ll be able to blog to pass the time:)

I wish I could make the Toronto show but i’ll have to miss it. I know your music only gets better with time so i’m looking forward to the next future show. thanks for the amazing show tonight! i love seeing you play live. you are awesome with the crowd too. good luck on the tour. oh yeah and you pulled off those new songs just fine my son is a big fan of yours too. he’s 3, and says that your “love will save the day” song is a boys song! he won’t let me sing along to it.which is confusing because i can sing like a rockstar in the car with him. i’m sure he’ll figure out my wonderful singing talent one day, or discover his own in the shower one day. i’ll work on him allowing it to be a boy’s and girl’s song. have fun on the bus! and thank you so much for actually being an artist that not only has a lot of talent, but one who uses it to promote and bring light to some of the pressing issues in our crazy world. you’re a smart guy!

David, meeting you at soundcheck was a real pleasure, and of course seeing you and the band rock out at the evening’s performance was fantastic! For a guy who claimed he “needed to get some sleep”, you and the boys sure seemed to be givin’ ‘er on stage! awesome energy! So glad you all felt brave enough to play ‘Everyday Things’, it turned out great.

Have fun on the road! if you guys pull off a show like that for each stop, the country is in for a treat!
