its been so great to be here in montreal, i havent really had time to enjoy it since ive moved. just walking around and taking it in, what a amazing city!
my rented guitar has sat in the corner, untouched. these days i try not to force it. if i dont have the urge to pick it up i just dont. and then it happens so fast, its time to head out again. i cant wait to play.
if you are going to be in quebec, ill see you in a few days

All great artists know the best things come when we’re truly inspired, not when we’re trying to be productive…
Glad you’re enjoying Mtl, but the best time really is at Christmas, when diwntown is decorated and full of life… you’ll see

You haven’t touched your rental guitar at all??
maybe it’s because it’s not YOUR guitar, your “old friend”!!
does your guitar have a name?
you should write a song about your guitar!!!
wow… I think i said “guitar” too many times!

I was just listening to my least played David Usher songs in itunes and they’re all pretty much amazing– even the ones I thought I didn’t like.
Cindy, he is going to be there on November 9. It’s on the tour list but the formatting is a little messed up so that’s probably why you didn’t see it.
I agree with the Christmas decoration comments. They are beautiful, especially on McGill College Avenue. I can’t wait till them put them up, I love walking there.
sorry lovebirds… i didn’t wanted to vex you!
If we win the lottery, we might move to Montreal. My wife has a sister living there. The few times I’ve been there, it’s been great. Quebec City is great also, different. Cripes, even though I don’t speak French, the whole province of Quebec is awesome, such diversity with urban areas, rural, ocean, love the Gaspesie area, such historic sites and buildings etc. If Quebec ever separated from Canada, Canada would lose much more than the other way around.
even i live in Montreal,, i LOVE Quebec city.. not from moving there but, when i go there,, it such a nice vacation… i fall in love with the Old Quebec each time i go, its so romantic…i don’t know, there’s something special there…!!!
have fun on the road! hope the weather will be on our side
sabrina : i love quebec city too! so much!!! but NOT in the winter, if you think montreal is cold, you havent seen quebec city… during winter you go for carnaval and drink to get warm!
but its the most beautiful city, id move there… but for the temperature! so humid and freeeeeeezing! brrrr!!!
Thanks Venera. I appreciate it. Thank you so much

How was the BMO show at the Guvernment?
I would have love to have gone if I knew about it sooner…
It was great to see you at the Transit Bar in Chicoutimi. We left a little early since Hubby had parade obligations this morning but we had a great time and it was fantastic to get to see another artist in English. I still like going to the french concerts too but I am just learning the language and don’t understand it too well yet.
We had a blast. I look forward to catching another of your shows sometime.
All the best
Charlene
