I can’t think of a better xmas present than you coming back to the west coast( or should I say Wet Coast- it’s pouring today!) -namely Vancouver Island. I will keep hoping!!! This show it was special for me, I came from montreal with my little girl Noémie(she really likes your music, she sings your songs very often and she wanted to see you perform for her birthdays (7 years old). We have appreciated your attention and your generosity with us. We will have this night in our memories. I have a beautiful picture of Noémie and you. She is very proud of her picture. Thank you !

I am really loving the addition of Fast Car into the set! It sounds wonderful live! It was great to hear Ftrain at one show too! Its great how things are always changing up a bit! Though I am missing the crazy cover!

The thought of more new songs is so exciting! The incredible reaction to “Everyday Things” in the set always amazes me considering that most people havent heard it before! Cant wait to hear more!!!

Looking forward to you coming to the Hamilton/Niagara/London area next year David. I hope the London summer festival gets you, it’s a real nice setting on the Thames River in downtown London, would be nice.

It’s weird, I hear songs all the time of course and find myself thinking if only David did this one it would be so much better. I guess that just means I’m a big fan of yours and how you present a song in the fullest sense, live and how your voice sounds. You have an energy which is beyond a level sort of thing but rather a very particular quality which I really don’t know how to describe. I guess that is what art is all about though.

Hey David!! Michael you are so right!! David you have a very unique and distinctive voice. It’s great. I find myself thinking about cover songs like that to- that it would sound so much better if David did it! It is so refreshing that there is someone out there who is as talented as you are. Your songs are amazing!!! What I really like also is that you sound so awesome live. !! Hopefully I will get to see you again live soon- until then though, I guess my cds will have to do!!! As I said on the “other” channel, it would be funny to have audience participation for “Fast Car”. People could hold up cue cards on stage like in the Inxs video “Mediate”…LOL.
Can’t wait to hear snippets of the new songs! “Story” sounds intriguing!
