I had a disc operation on my back from a bad slipped disc, which, at the time, would have cost about $8000 in the US if I had no coverage. Here, I had it done and by a top neurosurgeon in the area, treated like a first class citizen even though I'm a nobody really. Sure, I got bumped a week because the neurosurgeon got busy with some emergency brain tumour cases but mine was hardly such an emergency and could wait no problem. Oops, forgot to add, yes, health care in Canada, for all that some people like to complain about wait times and that, is pretty decent. Loved the new song David, excellent. First time at the Mod Club for us, the acoustics were great and the place is intimate which we love. Made my weekend, especially since when we got back to Hamilton, we had to do some shovelling and on Saturday too, love winter but this is enough!! Thanks again for the great show. You're performance was amazing. Even a friend of mine who was there but not a big fan said she had a whole new respect for you and was impressed at how solid you're voice is live.
