what is it about creativity. at the end of the video shoot i was so tired i really was saying to myself, in my head “thats it, im so done with this” fatigue is a strange beast, it can really mess with your mind.

and this morning i wrote a new song and everything is better. creativity always comes and saves me. thank you

We shot the video for Kill the Lights yesterday. It started at 7am and ended at 10pm. It was the last thing i needed to do for the album before the launch and I thought it took my last bit of energy… but i woke up this morning feeling refreshed. Fun how the mind works.

We had an amazing time at the show last night. It was the first time on stage for awhile and it was great to be with you guys again. We played And So We Run with the whole band for the first time and it went pretty well. it always take a few shows for songs to settle and find their own life in the show. We leaving the hotel at soon and headed to Medicine Hat to play at the Esplanade Arts and Heritage Centre.

The tour is starting to book so i should have more dates for the fall up by the end of the week. Stay tuned:)

We have redone the site. Hope you like it. There are still lots of features we are going to be adding over the next few months.

Ive got a new musical project floating around in my brain. Its been brewing for a long time but my meeting up with an old friend victor really set it in motion. For now its just rolling around up there but soon…:)
