Love it! Especially the colours! Glad to see the Disco/Lyrics page to be added! Like the slideshow of the pictures.. not sure if it is new or not, I just upgraded my computer so it might have just been that my computer was slow.. anyway.. I like it! Great Job! The only thing with black is that it shows the bad pixels on my monitor… ha ha.. didn’t know there were so many. I can’t think of anything that you could add… Not yet anyway!

looks great! love love love the bright colours and the black is more soothing to my eyes than the white was….

suggestions :
1 - i miss the link to cloudid - i know i can bookmark it - but i’m lazy! lol
2 - in each of the text-based content pages you may want to consider putting the header title in the same colour as the corresponding tab at the top (eg: Bio could be in the same Blue on both the subsection as in the tab along the top)
3 - most importantly - the tour section doesn’t look nearly large enough yet!

@jodi - The CloudiD link is now in place. We actually did try coloured section headers, but it seemed to take away from the navigation. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

@Madison - We put a link in the VIDEOS section, which gives you a link out to the High-Resolution Videos. We’ll probably be re-vamping that whole video section soon, anyways.

like jodi said… it’s missing a lot of tour dates otherwise everthing looks great for me!

Nice and clean revamp - who did the design work?

The only suggestion I’d have is to not make the Last.fm/etc. buttons open within a the inner content frame. I tried to right click and open Last.fm in a new window and it clobbered my first comment attempt.

Other than that.. lookin’ good. Will check out the new album!

Always good to get a new look, but I actually like the old site better! Design-wise, it was just so much more consistent and easier to navigate. The “David Usher” logo at the top is really nice though. Rainbow… no comment.

The video player still seems to be designed for the old site, in terms of colours etc. Where’s the high-quality one that used to be on?

*sigh* I really don’t like being contrary… but I find the black tiresome and hard to read (might be my old eyes) Thankfully I know about ctrl + scroll to increase font size…. Is there an option to change it to a different background? I do love the colour though!! SORRY JONATHAN!!! *sheepishly scurries away*

this is pretty much the sytle that i love lately, the simply but cool blackness with the neon-rainbow. ^^ (i can see some resemblance with my own hi5 page and thats great..hehehe)

Love the new design! Looks great and I like that the links open in a new window (Cloud, MS, etc.) No one ever seconded my request in the forums, but since your asking suggestions I give it another go. Any chance the BIO section could include a little something on all the band members? Unless of course they’re all too shy.

Love the new site….the colors are wicked, and obviously go with the new album art!!! Very slick and stylish!!! The black background works way better than the white!! Bottom line….I like it!

I’m a big fan of the redesign… but after a week or so of cruising the site, there seems to be one thing missing: a music player. I know that I hate having windows media running in the background, as it slows up my ancient PC, and the music player is something that I really miss from the Strange Birds flash page.
Maybe I’m just being picky… there’s a prefectly good one on myspace… but I thought that the official artist page should have at least one examplar of the music that the artist creates.
That’s jsut my two cents!
